About Us
Fleming Property Management (FPM) specializes in developing
a unique rental product for the Ottawa market. Since our inception, we have
made a commitment to heritage through the restoration of historic buildings that can be found in some of Ottawa's most appealing neighbourhoods.
As part of that commitment, whenever possible we maintain the original fixtures
and retain the exterior architecture. Our properties include 19th century buildings with 4 units, houses, townhouses, triplexes and larger three-storey walk-ups. Each of our properties holds a long history and story. One of our properties recently received a Heritage Designation in Ottawa.
FPM strives to preserve the original fittings and fixtures of each property
while furnishing each unit with modern appliances and a unique combination of character and comfort. Each unit's creative
living space is professionally designed with the busy urban professional
in mind.
Our attention to detail is apparent in everything we do, including our relations
with our tenants. We handle and resolve tenant issues in a timely manner
offering same or next day service on most inquiries. The interior and exterior
of our buildings are well maintained. We believe this is why many
of our tenants have continued to rent from us over the years.
In addition, our staff harnesses the technology of the Internet whenever
possible to communicate with our tenants.
